We monitor video feeds from city and county government websites. When a new meeting video is published, our system automatically extracts the audio and transcribes it to create a complete written record. We then use AI to generate an email-friendly report which we publish to our website and email to subscribers. All meeting reports on our website include a link back to the original video source, so you can always watch the full meeting if you want more context or detail.

You'll receive an email each time a new meeting is held and processed in one of your subscribed cities. Most city councils meet 2-4 times per month. That said, some cities also publish committee meetings and other government meetings in thier video feeds, while other cities may meet or update their feeds less frequently, so you may get emails more or less often.

Our AI reports are designed to be factual and objective, reporting what was discussed and what decisions were made without editorial opinion.
